Biography
Patti helps companies maximize the capabilities and performance of their human capital talent to achieve better business results. Prior to Talignite she was the Director of Global Talent Management for The Riverside Company, a global private equity firm. In that role, she oversaw HR strategy, talent management, professional development, performance management, compensation, benefits, wellness, employee communications and compliance. During her career, Patti held positions as Senior HR Consultant with ERC Services; HR Consultant for Cuyahoga Community College; HR Business Partner at KeyCorp; and HR Manager for MRI Software. She holds an M.A. from John Carroll University and a B.A. from Wittenberg University. She is a member of World at Work, the Society for Human Resources Management, and the HR Leadership Group of Northeast Ohio. She is a past board member of New Life Community, now operating as Family Promise of Greater Cleveland. Patti resides in the Cleveland area with her family and enjoys running, reading, and activities with her daughter.
